Marijuana

Marijuana is a non-scientific term used to describe strains of the cannabis plant with a high THC content. Marijuana has been grown and consumed by humans for thousands of years for its medicinal, spiritual, and recreational potential. This type of cannabis, as opposed to hemp, is specifically bred to be consumed by humans through various available delivery methods. Marijuana also contains large amounts of CBD, as well as other important cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids. There are high-CBD/low-THC strains of marijuana that provide a therapeutic effect without the psychoactive effects usually associated to marijuana.
